GROUNDS CLEANING
We require people to clean up the showgrounds over the show weekend. The gates open at 3pm on Friday 13 July and close at 9pm. Gates open at 8am Saturday 14 July and close late.
The grounds are required to be cleaned either Friday night after the gates close or Saturday morning before opening.

We will also require the grounds to be cleaned Sunday 15 July after the show is over.

Roaming clean up during the show is encouraged to help keep the grounds clean and make after hours clean up easier. KAS will organise through Kimberley Waste a range of skip bins and wheelie bins as well as the emptying of the bins. You are to provide rubbish bags, gloves etc. Toilet cleaning is not required but can also be included in the tender.

BAR
We require staff to work in the bar from midday Saturday 14 July until the bar shuts late. All bar staff must have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

TOILET CLEANING
We require staff to clean ablution blocks and portable toilets over show weekend. Toilets are to be maintained clean, tidy and stocked during the show as well as either after gates shut Friday night 13 July or before opening Saturday morning 14 July, and final clean either Saturday night 14 July after gates close or Sunday 15 July. KAS will organise through Kimberley Waste for portable toilets to be emptied. We will provide toilet paper, hand towel and cleaning products, you provide gloves if desired.

GATES
We require people to work on the entry gates over the show weekend. Gates are worked by two or three people at one time. Gates available are Main gate, Cattle gate and Members gate.
